I get it. Why? Because I’ve been there.

I'm a lawyer and work super long hours. When I get home I'd rather do anything else, but cook (hello Netflix).

The problem is when you skip a healthy dinner you feel less than AMAZING. Plus you end up feeling guilty for not looking after yourself (it sucks!). Trust me, I know. Because that's how I used to feel all of the time.

When I gave up sugar a few years ago, I had to say goodbye to the processed foods I had relied on for quick and easy dinners.​ No more Thai takeout, packet sauces, or jam on toast for dinner.  How did I survive? Good question.

It wasn't easy, and I ended up eating eggs on toast...alot!​
