So, you wanna get to know me?

I’m a lawyer, reality television addict and the only food blogger on the planet that doesn’t love cooking.

​The thing is. After a long day at work, I just want to watch Netflix…there I said it. So for the longest time, I lived off takeout, eggs on toast and stuff that came in jars and packets.

The problem? I felt less than amazing and super guilty for not looking after myself. It sucked!

So, to help get me back on track I joined the I Quit Sugar 8 Week Program.

And that’s when everything changed…

Not because sugar was off the menu, but because it got me cooking real food again.

And once I got the hang of it, I started creating my own recipes. Real food recipes with a difference. No prep, no crazy ingredients. Just real food real fast.

So, I started You Totally Got This…

Because I’m like. If I’ve got this, then you totally got this!

Sure, there are a gazillion recipe websites with quick and easy recipes (hello Jamie Oliver). But, You Totally Got This is different.

And here’s why…

    • My recipes don’t require extra prep time or pre-cooking. No dinner over 30 minutes, EVER! Start to finish.
    • All my recipes use ordinary ingredients you can find at your local supermarket. You don’t need to shop at farmers markets and hipster health stores to eat well.
    • If there is a hack or a shortcut I am going to use it (oh hey, roast chicken).
    • And it’s food you will actually want to eat!  Think lasagna, tacos, pizza…I rest my case.

What Now?

Weeknight dinner is about to get seriously easy.
