The lasagne is an absolute favourite, in fact we are having it Sunday night and hubby is cooking! I haven’t tested the pumpkin pies without rice malt syrup. I think you could definitely get away with leaving it out of the filling as the pumpkin and spices are sweet on their own. I’m really not sure how the cases would go without it, because the rice malt syrup helps bind the ingredients together. You could experiment by adding a tablespoon of almond butter or tahini instead and see whether that works. Good luck!
