Guys. This recipe. Quick and easy dinner 101. Think crispy, delicious falafel popping with Middle Eastern flavour, fresh salad, olives, fetta, pita bread and a big dollop of creamy hummus. Oh hey there, super-easy falafel bowls.
The secret weapon in this recipe? Pre-cooked falafel. I mean, when someone offers to cook you something completely delicious, it’s rude to say no, right? Not only does it save time. It makes cooking this big bowl of yum super (you can practically do it with your eyes closed) crazy simple.
The other thing I love about this recipe is that it is vegetarian, but you might not even notice because it’s really filling. It’s the type of meal that will make you wish that every day was meat free Monday.
If getting dinner on the table fast, without sacrificing the yum, is your thing, these falafel bowls are the dinner recipe of your dreams. You’re welcome.
