1. BBQ Chicken

I promise you, supermarket BBQ chicken will change your life.  Get it home, shred it, then keep it in the fridge to throw into weeknight stir fries, pastas and salads.  Cooked chicken, without the mess or fuss, did somebody say winner winner chicken dinner?

 2. Coleslaw mix

Rinsing, drying and cutting cabbage and carrots into tiny match sticks – forget that! Next time you’re at the supermarket pick up a bag of ready to use coleslaw. Just add mayo, or some lemon juice with salt and pepper and you have the perfect veggie packed side for any meal.

3. Microwave Rice

Salmon makes of a super healthy dinner, and you don’t need to miss out if your short on time. You can have salmon in seconds thanks to hot smoked salmon fillets. You will find them in the refrigerator near the ordinary smoked salmon. They are smoked and pre roasted so all you need to do is flake it over your dinner. Try a hot smoked salmon omelette for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
